Context
A digital product: ready-made, editable real estate contract templates (purchase and sale, swap, assignment, rental, short-term rental and termination agreements), sold individually or in kits.
Challenge
Explaining many contract types and several offers without confusing the buyer, while still being read well by Google, something typical React applications don't do well.
Goal
A clear sales page that leads each person to the right contract for their situation, with indexable content.
Solution
A landing page organized by the buyer's situation ("what's my situation?"), with a comparison between individual templates and kits, an explanation of how it works, an author introduction, a guarantee and FAQs. Pages are pre-rendered: the HTML arrives complete.
