Privacy policy
How we handle the data of people who visit and contact us through the website, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Lei 13.709/2018).
1. Who is responsible for the data
The controller of the data processed on this website is Sites Brasília, based in Brasília, Brazil. For any matter related to personal data, including as the channel of the data protection officer (LGPD, art. 41), write to fale@sitesbrasilia.com.br.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, phone (optional), email, service of interest, current website address, reference websites and message.
- Technical submission data: source page, campaign parameters (UTM) when present, IP address and browser, for security and abuse prevention.
- Website analyzer: the analyzed address, the optional keyword, the IP of the person who requested the analysis and the generated report (public data from the analyzed site), to produce the report, offer the shareable link when you allow it and limit abusive use of the tool.
- Browser storage: we keep the landing page and campaign parameters in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) to attach them to the form. This data is deleted when the tab is closed.
- Audience measurement: we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used (pages visited, traffic sources, clicks and form submissions). Content typed into the forms is not sent to it.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and conduct negotiations: preliminary contractual procedures at the data subject's request (art. 7, V).
- Website security and prevention of fraud and tool abuse: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- Aggregate audience measurement (Google Analytics) to improve the website: legitimate interest, without using form data.
- Compliance with legal obligations and defense in legal proceedings, when applicable (art. 7, II and VI).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be processed by vendors that help us operate the website, always for the purposes above:
- hosting and database provider, with servers in Brazil;
- email services used to receive and answer contact requests;
- Google, for audience measurement (Google Analytics) and in the analyzer, which sends the analyzed address to Google PageSpeed Insights when the PageSpeed option is checked;
- public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order.
Some of these vendors may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.
5. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as the negotiation or service lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Technical security logs are kept for as long as needed to prevent abuse. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized. Website analyzer reports are automatically deleted after 90 days.
6. How we protect it
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-restricted access to the internal contact system, login attempt controls and backups. No measure is infallible, but we adopt practices appropriate to the type of data processed.
7. Your rights
At any time, you may: confirm whether we process your data; access, correct or update it; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability; find out who we share it with; and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to fale@sitesbrasilia.com.br. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority).
8. Cookies
Google Analytics (analytics cookies) and the Meta Pixel (measurement of visits and campaigns on Facebook and Instagram) are only activated after you click “OK, got it” or close the cookie notice with the X; before that, no measurement or advertising cookies are stored. The internal management area uses a strictly necessary session cookie, only for people who log in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
